Thank you for choosing SalCium for your hair care needs. We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read the information below if you need to return your product or have any questions about our delivery or return policies.

Delivery Policy:

We offer free delivery for orders above RM200 within Malaysia. For orders below RM200, a shipping fee will be charged. Our estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days. Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number via email so that you can track your package.

Return Policy:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be in its original packaging and unused. To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at salcium2u@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping unless the product is damaged or defective. Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship your exchange item within 7 business days.
